Pure Skin Care Center Pittsburgh is Hiring an Experienced Medical Spa Receptionist/Assistant!
We are looking for an experienced part-time Front Desk Receptionist/Spa Assistant. Looking for a friendly and energetic person that has a passion for all things beauty/skin care related! Pure Skin Care Center in Robinson Township is looking for a part-time experienced Front Desk Receptionist and beauty sales/spa assistant. Please note that this is a fast-paced environment and multi-taking is required. Ideal candidate will have previous medical spa or medical office scheduling/front desk procedure experience and live within 30 minutes of Robinson Township. Esthetics or Cosmetologist license not required.

Principle Duties:
- Accurately follow front desk procedures, book appointments, and receive payments
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with clients skin care purchases and product/service recommendations
- Work as a team with management and service providers
- Maintain accurate inventory of products and supplies, restock etc.
- Maintain a clean spa atmosphere, including laundry duties
- Assist with special events/marketing as needed
- Assist front desk staff with other varied duties as required
Qualifications:
1+ years’ experience in a customer focused skin care environment, preferably medical spa or physician office
Strong communication skills
Able to proficiently type and accurately perform database and booking software entries
Team work oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude
Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Track record in providing amazing customer service
Ability to multitask with ease
Physical Demands
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl (as when performing cleaning duties). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
***Must be able to work two Saturdays from approximately 9:30am to 4:45pm per month and one Sunday a month from 10:30am to 4:30pm, plus Monday from 9am - 5pm (variable), Wednesday evenings 4pm-8:30pm, Thursday’s 1pm-6pm. Some flexibility available during the week for the right candidate.
***Experience with VAGARO booking system a plus, but not required.
Pay: Hourly, plus commission on product sales
